I submitted the official retirement paperwork today. All goes as planned 2-3 weeks I should have retierment orders in hand, then terminal leave starts sometime in July or early Aug... HOLY COW thats coming up QUICK! You know, it takes more to get you retired from the military than it takes to get you in!
Just thought I'd throw that out there.
It's been one heck of a ride!

So. when you tell Uncle Sam to quit His Playin. Whatcha gonna do. Any new career ideas or are you gonna like chill for a while and I don't know fish or somethin.
Well... atleast one thing. The paperwork process was fast...
I got my retirement orders in hand. So far as what to do now? Good questions. I am going to follow a couple leads on jobs, and a job fair next week.

Well one good thing... Retirement checks for the rest of my days as long as I am breating! LOL! oh yeah and medical and other benefits...

Dude, that rocks! My retirement couldn't come any sooner. I have 5 years left. I can see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. How bout you Tim, how bright is the light for you?
