The Big Crush
Recently, while talking to another band-ee, she mentioned how all of this talk of the old days, has caused her to think a lot about an old crush she had. She said something that I'm sure we can all identify with, " I had this overwhelming, all-consuming, totally unfufilled crush." I know I've been there. How about you? Tell us about your crush/es, and if you're brave, tell us who it was!

the one that I had a crush on already knows about it.
Way back when, I had a crush on a guy in the drumline. Everyone knew it and everyone left me alone about it except for one person, who took every chance she could pick on me about it.
In fact, as a secret sis gift once, she gave him to me for 5 hours to do what I wanted. (complete with card and bow)
Luckily, he knew I had a crush on him and he never tried to take advantage of that fact. He actually looked out after me and if I even "THOUGHT" about doing something bad around him, he would somehow know it and stop me from doing something stupid. I think he saw me as almost a little sister.
So for that I will always be grateful to Andy Scinksi.
But Cathy...WE don't know about it :)

trust me, it was no big secret.
EVERYONE knew (even the band director).
Looking thru my journals/diaries it's pretty funny how young and naive I was.
Of course after he graduated there were a few others that I had crushes on, but I'm not sure I'm ready to admit those yet.

You guys, I'm so disappointed. You don't have to name names, just tell what it was like.
Well he was a senior and I was a junior. It was my first year at HML and the band was bigger then it was at Beach high. I was kind of intimidated about the whole thing. This very cute person, walked up to me and welcomed me and told me that they ain't as bad as they look.(Meaning the band) Smiled at me and walked away.(WOW! they didn't make those kind a guys at beach high. HOT!) Then every once in a while during practice, he would walk by and nudge me, & smile, say'n "you all right?" Even at parties, if he thought that I had too much; he would come and take whatever I was drinking and finished it for me. It was just those cute little things that kinda made me feel special and He was very enjoyable to look at. LOL:) Now I'm blushing!
But, like I said before, that person already knows I had a crush on them, just not in so much detail.
Now, that's what I'm talking about!

I'll tell you about. It's not like it will be a surprise to anyone, but here goes...my crush was just like the quote that person told me. It was, "overwhelming and all-consuming." There was nothing like it.
