OK, I almost hate to admit this, but felt it would be an interesting post...I just had dinner: Tostitos and Chocolate chip cookies and a glass of orange juice. YUM...nutritious. I know we ALL do this and so do you guys, too. So, what are some of your faves, crazy concoctions, binges or midnite munchies?

Comfort Foods

Now this is a question! I have been known to exercise for an hour and a half, skip dinner, and eat a piece of key lime pie. I also have a slight M & M addiction. I know I'm an adult, but I can't control myself when there are M & M's in the room. :)

Cookie, I have a GREATTTT key lime pie recipe that has only 4 grams of fat and less than 200 calories. I'll try to find it and email it to ya.

my comfort foods are basically anything with salt on them....
my fav is to mix doritoes,bbq chips, plain chips,cheetos (both crunchy and puffy) and dip them in onion dip - yum yum
and don't forgot the ultimate in comfort (with salt)....MARGARITA!!!!!
