Two questions: What is your favorite 80's movie? What movie best describes your life so far?

Favorite movie from the 80's would have to be "The Breakfast Club" altho my all-time fav is "The Princess Bride" from the late 80's (or early 90's). The movie that best described my life up until about 1997 is "TopGun" (since hubby was an Air Force pilot and our wedding song was "Take My Breath Away"), but since 1997 my life has been relatively routine...they don't make movies about "relatively routine"...I'll think more about this question and let you know if I can think of anything :)

My favorite 80's movies are Valley Girl, Sixteen Candles, Purple Rain, and yes, I'll admit it, the Break Dance movies. The movie that most resembles my life now, Coyote Ugly.

Naw, just kidding. It's pretty average around here too.

Niki,
You remember the double blind date we went on to see Purple Rain? Couple of young hotties, right?!

My favorite was Easy Money with Rodney Dangerfield. You have to like low-brow humor to appreciate this movie.
Maybe the reason I like it so much is because it was on HBO the entire summer of 1984, and I watched about 20 times. I wish I could that this summer.

What 80's movie are these lines from?
NO GOOGLING.
