Well, isn't that special?

One year, I received what I would call the most unusual Christmas gift. The person who gave it to me, presented it with much excitement and enthusiasm. It was very nicely wrapped in colorful paper and a huge bow. I opened it up to find, three padded hangers. I was surprised to say the least. I don't understand the thinking behind such a gift, but for some reason, I still have these hangers in my closet today.

What is an usual gift you have received?

On year, one of the models that I was representing gave me a "wool poncho". While I appreciated the gesture, it was without a doubt the ugliest thing I've ever seen in my life. Added to the fact, i would never have worn it down here because it doesn't get cold enough.

I gave it to one of my neigbors a few years ago who kept "raving" about how fabulous it was.

That's funny. It made me remember another odd gift I received one year. A family member once gave me two metallic gold doves. They were about 1 foot around and plastic. The same kind of plastic as the dolphins you make in that machine at the Seaquarium.
