Battle of the Sexes

Let's see who is smarter at things concerning the opposite sex. Here's how to play: I'll start by asking a "female" question. A guy has to answer the question, and then asks a "male" question. Don't cheat.

Who is Vera Wang?
A woman who designs wedding dresses.

Ladies this one is for you: Who won Nascar yesterday?

Kara said...

Actually maybe it's the bronze star??

OK...right or wrong here's the next question:

Guys, what are the flat shoes with the jute sole called? Extra points for spelling it right.

Tim said...

Kara said...

Ok guys, here's Kara's question again:

It's the angle the round thingy with the bumpy things on it (the pinion) goes into the shaft thingy
that fits in the whatchamacallit and moves the whatsit.

In what color family is mauve?

Tim said...

Nice description Paula...

HAHA at least Joe didnt get an answer like the angle of the dangle is relative to the proximity of the meat to the heat.

Anonymous said...

Tim, you mean the beautiful meat right?

Tim said...

Oh yeah I think that it may be in the purple family, as opposed to the Jones or Smith family.

What is a Zwitter?

No its not a song by the band Ramstein... just incase you try to google it. : )

Tim said...

um I dont know if I'd call it beautiful...

Anonymous said...

And we're back to that.

CookieTea said...

I think it has something to do with the driveshaft and how it connects with the transmission.

tim, a zwitter? no idea.

Okay Joe, in all fairness this is what a pinion angle is..... (And NO I did not google it! Although I did go out into the garage and ask to be shown one) I understand it's the angle from the pinion that goes to the transmission. If this angel is off the drive shaft (that's the spinning pole) will vibrate. I don't think your looking for a particular number because I think the angle depends on the car.
My first answer (guess) was not wrong. It may have been a little vague but it's not wrong.

Tim, I think the answer is a German word for an IT. And I didn't google that either.

How do women get muffin tops?

Kara said...

Tim said...

I think its also referred to as dunlap disease...

When your belly done lapped over your belt

CookieTea said...

That's right, Tim. I'm impressed. You didn't google did you? Now, ask us a question.

Tim said...

I heard it somewhere a while back and thought it was funny...

I still didnt get a correct answer on what a zwitter is. Think about it and get back with me later on that one.

What is a daisy cutter used for?

CookieTea said...

doesn't it perforate?

Tim said...

I suppose it would perforate...

I would also say that it mutilates, and obliterates...

It is a 15,000 pound bomb originally designed to create an instant clearing in the jungles of Vietnam for helicopter landings

I still want to know if you know what a zwitter is......

CookieTea said...

I know what it is, but I cheated, so I can't answser.

Tim said...

Do you really understand what it is? I'll know if you really understand. Its a attention to detail thing... something most people have no clue about...

CookieTea said...

me no undorestand. u speeky da enlich?

Anonymous said...

Yeah, I cheated too.

Tim, surely YOU must be speaking about the german song here at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zwitter

Tim said...

German: "Hermaphrodite beetle". Secondary meanings are, "dual purpose", and "made from two different kinds of things". Refers to the late 1952 - early 1953 Beetle produced between the full Split-Window Beetle and the Oval Beetle. It was a Split beetle with Oval window dash, split rear window, and Zwitter only parts, the rarest being the dome light.

Tim said...

Now if I have to explain split window and oval window beetles.... its a VW... you wouldnt understand.
