What's it all about?
I have a confession to make. I have never been to Rocky Horror, nor have I ever seen the movie. Yes, it's crazy, but it's true. I have heard some of the songs, and I remember hearing the stories about what goes on there. I have even seen pictures of you guys dressed up, ready to perform, but I just don't get it. Why would you dress up? What went on there?

I only went once or twice - It was fun, but I guess it just wasn't my thing (or else I wasn't drinking enough). Now all the theatres that show it have all kinds of rules where you can't bring stuff in, not as much fun. Although I did have some friends (years back) that would show it in there backyard on a rented big screen on Halloween so we could do what we wanted and we weren't trashing anybody's house......maybe an idea for a Halloween party????
Cookie, it's an audience participation thing. You throw toast, rice, water and yell/talk back at the screen (among other things). You get up and dance, clap your hand like tapping feet, and sometimes want to be "touched" cause you want to be "dirirtee".
It's a great time with crazy people all dressed up with lots of FUN to be had!!!
Definately not the same if you just try to watch the movie alone w/o the props or w/o someone who's been there, done that!
