What is your name?
What is your quest?
What is your favorite color?
What is the average airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

that was quick!

tim, you know my name. my quest, is to serve God (that is true.) My favorite colors are blue, green, and black. The last one, now Tim, you know I'm not answering that.

paula,
I got the name Cookie because I loved to drink Coke as a toddler. I always asked for Coke-y, for some reason, it turned into Cookie, and stuck.

Actually those are from Monty Python's Holy Grail... The movie... the bridge keeper? You have seen it right? If not you have to it's halarious... Well I think so.

The only clear response is given by King Arthur, requesting clarification: "What do you mean, an African or European swallow?" and the bridge keeper says I don't know and goes flying over the side of the bridge - aaaaaarrrrggggg...

BTW
The airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow is roughly 11 meters per second, or 24 miles per hour, beating its wings 7-9 times per second rather than 43. And a 5 ounce bird cannot carry a one pound coconut."

you nut! :)

thank you for clearing that up Tim, I was a little worried, wasn't quite sure what consisted of an "unladen" swallow!!

Cookie, do you have any spare time?

Any time that you just turn on some soft (or your fave) music, sit back, maybe turn on a candle or two and do absolutely NOTHING?

that's funny! Not really. I do try to take advantage of Mondays though. I usually go to the beach by myself.

Paula, you jerk! :) I've been asking you for that question for months! I'm not answering it. I'm going to post it.

when I'm by myself, 81st.

before I'm 40? the only thing I think I could have left, is to go to Italy.

yes tim, but if two swallows tied a string between them and carried the coconut...

The holy grail is great... although I never really did like The flying circus series on tv..

First of all, know the consequences for either the should or the shouldn't. REALLY know them. And, if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't.

Alex,

I have no idea what you are talking about, but I think you SHOULD

CookieTea said...

that's as good as the questions are going to get?! Come on, now.

Well Cookie....what ya think about Rocky Horror? Did you do the Time Warp--did your "mind flip"??

Niki said...

Did it drive you insaiaiaine?

CookieTea said...

It was interesting. I loved the time warp! The best part was watching my son crack up while he did it. I had a really good time.

Got one for you Cookie---you know I'm working at the kids' school, I love working with the 5th graders and specially with Math. Came across something last week that I never had seen or heard of before... Can you please explain to me wtheck is a "Stem and Leaf Plot" and what it's good for???

CookieTea said...

I have seen that before, but only in my son's homework assignments. Math is NOT my forte. But, I did find a website that could help you. It's not hard to understand how to do it, but I'm still not very clear as to why you would.
Hope this helps.
