Welcome to HML Band Reunion Blog Site. We are band members from the late 70's to the mid 80's. If you would like to be added as a member just let us know!
does anyone remember the time we had a substitute and the brass started singing a take on "My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean," but it was totally lewd, and Celso fell off of his chair?
Oooh, I just had a major memory flashback. It involved my partner in crime (Mark Hilson) and me rapping to Dr. Suess', "Green Eggs and Ham" and "One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish". I miss those carefree silly times (tho I muist admit I am still purty silly at times!)
Some band-ees from the class of '79 contacted me. They found our blog somehow. They did the same thing against Carol City High. It's funny how we thought we were the only ones to ever pull that off!
I used to hate hemming those gloves. I sure hope they come that way now. What about that awful cumberbun (sp?)? Was that necessary? And the half-a cape? Who designed those.
Question: What was the name of the guy who would write the drills for Mr. Walters?

well, I'm not going to get into details, but it had to do with the sprinklers on the football field.

The cold swims in Georgia! Anyone remember what the temperature was that night?
I remember Itchie Owie. Wasn't her name Aileen? What was that song you guys used to sing about her?
Mandy, Alex says that he remembers the attic, but that was a long time ago.:)
Who was that?! Do you remember when we changed our show so that we could bootie dance against Carol City?
that's right. Eric Henderson, right? I also remember something happening during the cadence that night, but not sure what.
